HACKERS AND KNOCKER HONOURED WHILST FALCON COLLECTS FOR THE 2NDXV
On Saturday 9th September, at the pre-match Vice Presidents and Sponsors luncheon, the diners applauded three well-deserved presentations.
Firstly, Graham ‘Falcon’ Rutherford, as Manager, received a plaque from North Midlands RFU, on behalf of the 2ndXV, as League Champions 2022-23.
Next up was Ian ‘Knocker’ Lawrence, who was presented with a Volunteer Recognition Award by the North Midlands RFU, for his work as Luctonians Groundsman.
1stXV Player and previous Captain, Mat Hackley, was presented with his match shirt in celebration of his 200 National League appearances for Luctonians, achieved during the 2022-23 season. Making the presentation was Club President of the time, John Amos.
